My Account Questions

The My Account section allows you to edit your studio contact information, add Stripe payment information, update your OSP password, add a watermark, and customize the look of your OSP homepage and shopping cart pages.

Information

The Information section contains the studio contact details shown to your customers. Anything entered in this area is information customers can use to contact your studio.

To update your studio information:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Information.
  3. Enter or update your studio contact information.
  4. Click Save when finished.

Required Information:

  • Studio Name: Must contain your business name with ACI.
  • Email: Must be filled out. This email address is recognized as your admin email when you log in as a consumer.

This information will be viewable by consumers who visit your OSP URL and will display at the bottom of the login page.

Payments

The Payments section is where you enter the Secret Key and Publishable Key provided by Stripe to connect OSP with your Stripe account.

To update payment information:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Payments.
  3. Enter the Secret Key from Stripe.
  4. Enter the Publishable Key from Stripe.
  5. Click Save & Enable Stripe.

If you do not yet have a Stripe account set up, use the Stripe sign-up link provided in OSP.

Stripe advantages include:

  • Easy free setup
  • Low transaction fees
  • Customers can make payments on your secure checkout page
  • Funds are transferred to your bank account automatically

Important: You must have an activated Stripe account before connecting it to OSP.

Test Order Reminder: You must submit a test order to yourself using live keys and a different email address. Confirm the funds appear in your Stripe account to make sure orders are not missed.

Password

The Password section allows you to update your OSP password.

To change your password:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Password.
  3. In Current Password, enter the password ACI provided to you.
  4. In New Password, enter the password you would like to use.
  5. In Retype Password, enter the new password again.
  6. Click Save when finished.
Watermark

The Watermark section allows you to add wording that appears over the images customers preview after logging in.

Customers are not able to right-click and save images because ACI has disabled that feature. However, customers can still take screenshots. Adding a watermark helps protect preview images from screenshot use.

To add a watermark:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Watermark.
  3. Type the watermark wording you would like to appear over customer preview images.
  4. Click Save when finished.
Customize

The Customize section allows you to customize the appearance of your OSP homepage and shopping cart pages.

You can customize:

  • Homepage background design
  • Studio logo
  • Shopping cart page background color

To access customization options:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Customize.
Home Page Background Design

You can customize the background image shown on your OSP homepage.

If you do not customize the background, OrderSchoolPix.com will display the default student study image. OrderSportsPix.com will display random sports images.

If you customize the background, the custom background will apply to both OrderSchoolPix.com and OrderSportsPix.com.

To create and upload a custom background:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Customize.
  3. Under Home Page Background Design, select the template link to download the PSD template.
  4. Create your custom homepage background design using the PSD template.
  5. Turn off the template guide layers before saving.
  6. Save the finished design as a JPG file.
  7. Click Upload Image in OSP.
  8. Browse for your saved JPG file.
  9. Click Upload File.

Requirement: The display image must be 1800 x 1100 pixels and must be a .JPG file.

Once uploaded, your studio OSP URL will display the new image as the homepage background.

Studio Logo

You can upload a studio logo graphic to display on the shopping cart pages.

To upload a studio logo:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Customize.
  3. Under Studio Logo, click Upload Image.
  4. Browse for your logo file.
  5. Click Upload File.

Logo Requirements:

  • Logo must be 220 x 220 pixels or smaller.
  • Logo must be a .JPG, .GIF, or .PNG file.
Colors

The Colors section allows you to customize the background color used on shopping cart pages.

To update the shopping cart background color:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select Customize.
  3. In the Colors section, enter a color swatch number or click the color swatch to select a color.
  4. Click Save when finished.
