Question: I created a package but it is not showing when I log in to the gallery as a shopper?

Answer: There are a few possible reasons:

1. For a package to show in a gallery you must give the package a price in your price list that is assigned to the project that the gallery is from.
2. The package may contain one or more products or prints that are only available in individual order mode (like metal prints, 11x14 or 1-4x6 etc.) and the gallery is in prepay or batch mode. The package will be hidden in the gallery until the project is converted to individual order mode or you can remove those items from the package.
3. The package may contain one or more products that are restricted to vertical images only (like a mug or vertical memory mate) and the galley's first pose is horizontal.  The package will be hidden in the gallery but will show when a vertical pose is selected.
4. The package may contain one or more products that requires that the selected pose have a group image associated for the selected pose (like a memory mate or group 8x10). The package will be hidden in the gallery but will show when a pose is selected that has a group associated.

Question: Do you offer an 8x10 puzzle product?

Answer: We did but it was discontinued. You can still offer it on OrderPix but you will need to use the No Print Product feature and get it fulfilled elsewhere.

Question: How do i change the group image assigned to a subject?

Answer: It depends on the project's Group Matching setting.

For Pre-Matched: From the Subjects page, Click the Edit button for the subject, Select the individual image whose group you want to change, Then in the data window on the right, find the Link Group Photo setting. there you can change the group photo that is linked to this image. If the group you want is not in the list you will need to upload it to this subject using the Add Group Image button located above the thumbnail strip. Once uploaded, use the Link Group Photo setting to link the new group image for each individual image for the subject.

For Auto Match: From the Subjects page, Click the Edit button for the subject then select the individual image whose group you want to change, then in the data window on the right find the Teamname field. Change the Teamname value to the matching Teamname in the desired group's subject record.
