Getting Started with Order Pix Solutions

Order Pix Solutions allows photographers to create online ordering galleries for school, sports, and dance photography. Follow the steps below to request access, log in, and complete your first-time setup.

Log In to Order Pix Solutions

After contacting ACI to create your Order Pix Solutions account, go to any of the URLs below:

• http://macpi.orderschoolpix.com/
• http://macpi.ordersportspix.com/
• http://macpi.orderdancepix.com/

Click Sign In in the top right corner. This will take you to the photographer login screen.

Enter your username and password:

• Username: ###### (account number)
• Password: ###### (account number)

You can change your password after logging in by going to My Account > Password.

Note: To log in later, go to any URL listed above, click Photographer in the top right corner, then enter your username and password.

First-Time Setup Steps

After logging in for the first time, complete the following setup steps:

Email & Studio Information

Go to My Account > Information and enter your studio email and studio information.

Important: This information is visible to customers.

Payment Setup

Connect your Stripe account so customer payments can be processed.

Price List

Create your price list. You may create multiple price lists, but only one price list can be used per order.

Refer to the pricing tutorial if needed.

Background Set

If you use green screen, set up your background set.

If you do not use green screen, you may skip this step.

Packaging Envelope Setup

We have set up an Packaging Envelope for your orders.

The default message on your envelope reads:

Photos may still be ordered or reordered by visiting our online ordering website.
Go to www.studiourl.orderschoolpix.com and enter your password.
ACI will print the password on the envelope.

If you would like to update this message, please reply with your requested changes and we will send a proof.
