Additional Formatting Rules
- There cannot be any blank rows between subjects.
- You are not required to use every available field.
- However, column headers must remain exactly as defined in order to match the software system.
If ACI must correct:
- Column headers
- Formatting
- Data inconsistencies
additional processing charges may apply.
Using Custom1–Custom8 Fields
The Custom1 through Custom8 columns can be used for additional group images.
This is helpful when:
- A subject belongs to multiple teams/groups
- Multiple memory mates are needed
Primary Group
- The primary memory mate image should always be listed in the
Group Imagefield.
Additional Groups
- Additional group image filenames should be listed in the
Customfields.
Example
Julia Reardon has:
- Multiple individual images
- Different primary group images assigned to each pose
This allows her to order memory mates from multiple groups and poses.
